All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and must be completed before service initiation.
Due to the nature of trade facilitation services, refunds are not available once supplier introductions, communications, or export transactions have begun, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Commission-based services (such as freight coordination or total export solutions) are subject to the fee structure outlined in the service agreement.

5. Data & Privacy
We collect limited personal and business information necessary for trade facilitation purposes, including names, contact information, company details, product specifications, and trade preferences.

8. Trade Compliance & Legal Responsibility
All users must comply with applicable international trade laws, customs regulations, export controls, and sanctions in their jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for obtaining necessary import/export licenses, permits, and certifications required for their products.

9. FTA & Origin Certification Services
FTA consulting and Certificate of Origin services are provided for informational and facilitation purposes only.
While we provide expert guidance on Free Trade Agreement benefits and origin determination, final responsibility for FTA compliance rests with the importer and exporter.
ImportKoreaHub.com is not liable for customs penalties, duty assessments, or verification failures resulting from origin declarations.

10. Shipping & Logistics Disclaimer
Freight forwarding and logistics coordination services are provided through third-party partners.
ImportKoreaHub.com is not responsible for shipping delays, cargo damage, loss, or additional charges imposed by carriers or customs authorities.
Users are advised to purchase appropriate cargo insurance for their shipments.

11. Intellectual Property
